Webster County Courthouse

​The Webster County Courthouse is a new two-story complex located in the county seat of Walthall, MS. The new building succeeds the previous historic courthouse that was destroyed by fire in January 2013. The new design incorporates several of the cherished features and details from the old courthouse which was a staple in the community for many years. While located on a new site in the center of town, the courthouse will has a prominent location with plenty of room to grow in the future. The first floor of the new Courthouse will house the County Offices, such as Tax Collector, Chancery Clerk, and Circuit Clerk. The second floor will consist of two courtrooms used for Chancery and Circuit Courts.
