JH&H Architects begins renovations and additions to Wilkins Elementary and Marshall Elementary this month. The project is a part of a Jackson Public Schools Bond Issue and continues a more than 20 year working relationship between JH&H and JPS. Completion is scheduled for mid 2009.

First services were held at Highland Colony Baptist Church celebrating the dedication of the new sanctuary designed by JH&H Architects. JH&H began working with the church in 2005 by providing Master Planning services.

Tougaloo College selects JH&H to provide design for the additions and renovations to Warren Hall Student Union. The building contains a cafeteria, lobby and bookstore. The design proposed includes adding a new entry piece, more lobby space and a game room and other student activity space.

First Baptist Church Brandon received design options from JH&H for renovations and additions that will be done to the church. Once completed, the church will have a new worship center and re-organized Sunday School rooms. Additional phases will bring other needed spaces.

JH&H is selected for the Preplanning of a new Science/Math Building on the Ridgeland Campus of Holmes Community College. The estimated cost for the building is estimated at $5 million for a 25 – 28,000 Square foot facility.

JH&H presented an updated Master Plan to Lakeland Presbyterian Church in Flowood, Mississippi that proposes a new Christian Education Building, parking schemes and other amenities.
