JH&H has started preliminary programming and design for the restoration and renovation of Garland Hedleston Mayes Buildings on the campus of the University of Mississippi. Built in the 1930’s, Garland Hedleston Mayes was previously constructed to be Men’s Dormitories and were a major part of the original campus that bordered the Campus Greenspace (now Magnolia Drive) from The Lyceum to Guyton Hall. Current plans will bring the historic buildings back on line to serve the University with needed space for labs, administration offices and faculty offices.
