JH&H was selected to provide a phased master plan and renovation of Nowell Student Union to meet the future needs of Delta State University. The master plan provides a reconfiguration of space and the addition of Food Service venues for students, faculty and patrons.

JH&H has started preliminary programming and design for the restoration and renovation of Garland Hedleston Mayes Buildings on the campus of the University of Mississippi.

A local private developer recently unveiled plans for a new Medical Parkway located in Flowood. JH&H assisted in developing land use plans, covenants and architectural guidelines for the project.

Erin Zieren, Associate AIA, LEED AP has joined JH&H as an intern architect. Zieren is a native of Flowood, Mississippi and a 2006 graduate of Mississippi State University’s School of Architecture. JH&H Architects begins renovations and additions to Wilkins Elementary and Marshall Elementary this month. The project is a part of a Jackson Public Schools Bond Issue and continues a more than 20 year working relationship between JH&H and JPS. Completion is scheduled for mid 2009.
